What We Do

Services

Brand Strategy & Positioning

We find the gap between what you do and what your market actually wants. Then we close it with positioning that sticks.

Performance Marketing

Paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns built around real unit economics. We optimise for revenue, not vanity metrics.

Web & App Development

Full-stack product builds from prototype to production. React, Next.js, native mobile — whatever the problem calls for.

E-Commerce & Platforms

Shopify, custom storefronts, marketplace integrations. We build commerce systems that handle Black Friday without flinching.

Content & Creative

Campaign creative, video production, and content systems that keep your brand consistent across every channel and language.

Data & Analytics

Tracking architectures, dashboards, and attribution models so you know exactly what’s working and where to spend next.

About Us

Ten Years of
Showing Up.

Ozaru started in 2014 with two people and a Wan Chai co-working desk. The idea was simple: brands in Asia deserve the same quality of digital work you'd find in London or New York, without the timezone headaches or the six-figure retainers.

A decade later, we're a team of 28 across strategy, design, engineering, and media. We've shipped over 200 projects for companies ranging from Series A startups to publicly listed enterprises. We're still based in Hong Kong. We still answer our own emails. And we still believe the best marketing is a great product backed by honest communication.

What Clients Say

They didn’t just build us a website. They gave us a business model that actually works online. Our first quarter of e-commerce outperformed two of our physical stores.

Vivienne Lau

Chief Commercial Officer, Maison Collective

Most agencies show you a deck and disappear. Ozaru was in the trenches with us every week. They understand startups — speed matters, budgets are real, and nothing ships without results.

Raj Anand

Co-founder & CEO, Stackfield

We went from having no online presence to online orders being a third of our revenue. In four months. I still don’t fully believe it.

Tommy Chan

Managing Director, Noodle Lane
